Congratulations Butler Square LEED Certification!

Congratulations to Butler Square for attaining their LEED Certification! This achievement makes it the first 100-year-old multi-tenant building in the country!

TCF Stadium – LEED Certified

This is the first I’ve heard about this for some reason, but the new MN Gopher football stadium will be one of the first to receive LEED Certfication. Congratulations!

The stadium gained certification from the Green Building Council by being built on a formerly polluted site, unique stormwater retention, utilizing local and recycled materials and heat from the University’s steam plant.
